What pain meds do you suggest?

I fell 40ft. hit a stop sign on the way down shattered L2 and was paralyzed. Recovered somewhat but have regressed over the years. I also have burst disc C5-C6, T4-T5, fused L1,2,3,4,5, severe DDD and spinal stenosis and permanent nerve damage. I was taking 480mg Oxycontin daily, then switched...
