Q: what is the difference between morphine so4 and morphine sr both 30 mg

The best I can tell, they are the same thing – possibly just different manufacturers.  Both are extended-release forms of morphine.  Your pharmacist should be able to tell you if there are any differences.

my mistake, it was morphine er 30mg and morphine sr 30mg is there a difference?  And thank you for such a quick response.
