I don't have any personal experience with Cesamet but I've seen people discussing it on our ChronicPainConnection forum. Try going there and asking if anyone has tried it. Note: If you've never been to the forum before, you do have to register there separately from the SharePost registration but you can use the same e-mail address and password.
