Holy cow!! That's alot to deal with!  I am currently taking Cesamet along with Morphine...which is too much together.  I am currently going back and forth to try to find a balance that works on my doctors advice.  I currently don't have a definite yes or no , as to whether it works well though.  I wish I could be of more help.  I will keep you up to date with my progress and hopefully be of some help to you.  My best wishes to you.  I hope you have a good support system...P.S. I also take Gabapentin.  Most of these meds are for my Fibromyalgia, which is severe, but I have a few other medical problems too.
