Q: What is the stongest Vicodin? Without tylenol?
The brand name Vicodin only comes in the dosage of 5 mg hydrocodone with 500 mg acetaminophen (Tylenol). You can, however, get other brand names or generic versions with up to 10 mg of hydrocodone in them.
Hydrocodone is also available with ibuprofen instead of acetaminophen. It comes as a generic or under the brand names Vicoprofen, Reprexain, and Ibudone. The maximum dosage of hydrocodone is also 10 mg.
I'm pretty sure the strongest Vicodin is 10mg. All Vicodin has tylenol in it.

Norco does have Tylenol in it, but just 325 mg.
