Q: Does anyone know of a cure for Tinnitus? All I've found are 'treatments' but most of them are just herbal pills that don't work. Is a cure in our future?

Unfortunately I don't know if there's a cure in the future. I took a look at PubMed - the medical citations index - and a good amount of research is being done on Tinnitus which is hopeful. I noted a drug called betahistine did pretty well and anti-depressants and anti-anxiety drugs (which are also effective in treating pain) can be helpful.  Cochlear implants are a possibility. You might want to check out the American Tinnitus Foundation for more information on cutting edge treatments. Good luck!

Unfortunately, there is not a cure at this time. (Information per my doctor). There is something called Lipoflavinoid, that works quite well. I know this from personal experience, hearing from others, and internet research (reading reviews).
