I take the drug Cipro, I cant take ANY drugs w/o getting a yeast infect. Is this cause of Cipro?

I have been taking Ciprofloxacin for my Crohn's disease and fistula's for about 3 years, within the last year i have not been able to take any other drugs with out getting a (body) yeast infection. I have a back injury and have tried pain meds and have had a yeast infection on my belly, innner...
