Do you have MS?  Tizanidine is FDA approved for use by people with MS to control spasms.  Does the time of the spasms have any relationship to when you take your medication?  Have you been active at work or home picking stuff up or doing a lot of manual activity that requires you to lift heavy stuff?  Have you been on any other medications to help control spasms or muscle relaxants, perhaps?  Answering these questions, or discussing them with your doctor may help you isolate why the medication you're now taking may not be working to eliminate the problem.  (Also, you should change your user name on this site from a real name to something made up, if your current user name is pretty close to your real name.)
