I haven't been able to find any information on this. Marinol is used daily to battle appetite suppression but migraine, with its relapsing/remitting nature, is a different animal entirely. A study on marinol and migraine was underway in 2005 and it says it was completed but no studies have been published. The study didn't state how marinol was taken but if you go to the contacts you could probably find out how it administered. Good luck.
