Exalgo versus Ms Contin?

Hi everyone. I recently asked about OxyContin and then had a reaction to some of the fillers in the medication. I am wondering if anyone has had luck with Exalgo as the MS Contin just is NOT cutting the pain. My doctor told me 3 other meds to research and I'm kind of excited about the once a day…
