Its possible. Some doctors/dentists report that tinnitus or ringing in the ears can be caused by muscle tension in the jaw joint - which you very well may have with all the pain you're experiencing. Tinnitus is sometimes associated with tempomandibular joint syndrome (TMJ) - a disorder characterized by muscle tension.
Tinnitus can, however, be caused by a wide variety of factors from ear infections to head injury to side effects from medications (the list goes on and on) and you should check with your doctor to find out what's going on.
It sounds like you need to get that molar taken care of!
