I don't know. I was unable to find anything on the ACOEM but hydrotherapy is commonly used to treat back pain. I would think, just off the top of my head, that they would support it. It sounds like they already did for you? But you're looking for more?    If they can't get them to support it perhaps you can use the exercises you did before.
