Where you seek help when no one understand your pain and severe depression, Especially at work

Thanks for sharing. My pain is now severe along with my severe depression. I feel like I am going to lose everything one by one. My job is the main cause of my injuries but it will be very hard to prove. I had a wrist and neck surgery done and nothing seemed to help even with recent medication…
