I don't know of any physicians in particular but you might try out this site below. You can enter your address and get a list of pain specialists in your area.  http://www.pain.com/   You might want to try and find a treatment center that specializes in pain.  These are centers that take a multidimensional focus on pain. There's some information on them in the URL below on them.    http://www.asahq.org/patientEducation/managepain.htm   As you're probably well aware sleep is very important! and can be particularly important with regards to pain as studies show that not getting enough sleep actually greatly increases the pain response in the body. Do whatever you can to get some restful sleep.    Good luck.
