Please remove any and all dr.s names and insurance companies...i'm sorry I sent the wrong file..

Mom suggested I submit this to seek help and/or help another with my story so here it goes - please delete previous e-mail as it contained names of dr.s & insurance companies accidently...hear is the generic version: My Son had a failed l4-l5 fusion w/ hardware, surgery never...
