what treatment is best for plantar facitius other tnan surgery?

I have extreme pain in my feet; one more than the other. Cannot put weight on foot without pain. I am Diabetic, type 2 under control with diet and exercise; also RA and Fibromyalgia,

Do you have a diagnosis of plantar Facitius? I would have tend to look at the foot neuropothies due to the diabetis...Good Luck!
