I have been diagnosed with celiac disease about 4 years ago. I'm 36 years old and teach preschool. We were making dough ornaments in class and I was rolling out the dough using flour on the rolling pin, while doing that I started coughing and my eyes were watering severely, I couldn't catch my breath. I put the stuff down and went away from it and very shortly it stopped. Could this be from my celiac disease?
