No. No one should be using Fentanyl without proper medical supervision. If your wife has Fibromyalgia then there are much more appropriate drugs for her, drugs such as Lyrica are prescribed especially for your wife's condition. Again, your wife needs to be seen by a licensed health care provider who can properly diagnose and precribe the appropriate medication for her condition.
