Rybix which contains tramadol appears to have less of an addicting capacity. Unlike other opioid drugs it is not 'scheduled' in the US by the DEA. While dependence on this drug can occur it is believed to happen much less than with other narcotics. The addictive capacities of hydrocodone, on the other hand, are well known and it is a 'scheduled' drug, in the US. Tramadol has it's own set of side effects but regarding this issue it is the easy winner.
