I haven't used it and I can't tell you how good it is.   I can tell you that the research done on 'True Back' consists of a single small study that measured whether True Back increased the length of the spine more than did lying in the supine position. It did. That research does not appear to have been published in a peer-reviewed medical journal. The study did not measure whether True Back was effective in assisting with pain.   This does not mean that True Back is effective or not effective. It does mean that it's effectiveness has not been assessed in a rigorously controlled scientific study.    Lower back pain is one of the most common ailments. Have you seen a doctor for your pain?
