Grapefruit can effect a surprising number of medications. A wikipedia site has a pretty long list - longer than on other websites - although it may not be complete. I took a quick look at it  and did not see high blood pressure medications but you should check it yourself to make sure. A call to your pharmacist would probably settle your mind completely.

Asking your pharmacist is an excellent suggestion.  You might also try using the Drug Interaction Checker.  Just enter the name of your medication and click "Check for Interactions."  The page that comes up will show you a number of possible interactions, including food.  Click on the tab that says "Food/Lifestyle Interactions."

I take Hyzaar for high blood pressure and it does interact with grapefruit juice.
