i have pinching on the right side of stomach and have had acid problems in the stomach does anyone know what this could be

When you say pinching, do you mean it is causing you a lot of pain. I have divirticulosis and it is very painful when I have an infection. I know when my IBS (irratable bowel syndrome) is acting up I have a lot of acid. I go to a gastrologist for my stomach problems, and they give be medication to help the pain from stomach spasms. I know this isn't much help, but you can ask me for additional help if you have any questions. Have a good day. Lorie
