According to one website all of those can be caused by low iron levels. Other sites focus more on symptoms such as fatigue, rapid heart beat and rapid shallow breathing.   Are you boosting your iron levels with high iron foods and/or iron supplements. Here some iron rich foods are.    Liver and other meatsSeafoodDried fruits like apricots, prunes and raisinsNutsBeans, especially lima beansGreen leafy vegetables, such as spinach and broccoliBlackstrap molassesWhole grainsIron-fortified breads and cereals (check the label)   If you have low iron (anemia) you should find out why. Anemia can be caused by blood loss within the body from ulcers or other problems. It can also be caused by heavy menstruation and other factors. You should check out what's going on with doctor.     http://www.healthcentral.com/encyclopedia/408/575.html   Good luck!
