Reply to an Answer

In response to:
I have just had a bone marrow test. I do not have cancer but my iron is low in my bone marrow but not low when a regular blood test is done. I have two weeks of feeling exhausted and my body aches and I have flu symstoms. At the same time I have little cyst-like balls in my neck, groin and under my arms that seem to get bigger when I'm feeling flu-like. Then for three days I feel like myself again then the cycle happens again. Doctors have not been able to give me an answer. Do you have some ideas as to what is wrong with me?
