Q: i have server neck pain going done to myleft arm and back and left leg
You need to see a doctor and get a MRI. My pain is in my low back and left leg. It was caused by bulging disks. I've had five back surgeries. If I hadn't developed scar tissue around the nerve roots my pain would have probably gone away. I would do this right away because the longer you wait the more damage you can have. I kept putting it off and really messed up my leg. I have severe nerve damage now. Good luck. I hope you have low pain days.
