Hello....MiMi here....I take Ribose for FM but I have it in the powder form....it helps my chronic fatigue...I also take Malic Acid and Magnesium and the Omega....along with other vitamins and supplements....I have muscle relaxers too but I have not taken one in a while now....I think you have to do a trial and error on yourself to see what helps you....I might also tell you that I discussed using the Ribose with my doctor before I got some and he told me, it would not hurt for me to try it to see if it would help... I would like to know where you found the capsules....I just put a scoop of the powder on my tongue and it dissolves..I might tell you that I have also found out that it pays to keep on a schedule with medicine and vitamins and supplements too, along with meals....FM is an ugly "dragon" of an illness and I hate having to deal with it....but until medical researchers find out more about it and how it can be helped there is nothing we can do but learn to deal with it...I also take Prozac and am up to 40 mg a day taking 2 in morning and 2 in evening....   Good luck....MiMi
