hi i have been taking prenatal vitamins to help make my hair and nails grow but i was told that it makes you more fertile and that its an easy way to get yourself pregnant.. is that true cause if so i would like to stop taking them because i am not ready to have a baby... thank you for your time....

Prenatal vitamins have absolutely no effect on your ability to become pregnant. They are vitamins that make up for deficiencies in the mothers diet and can help to reduce birth defects in their babies. You can find them - in different concentrations - in standard multivitamin combinations.
