I have constant pain the the area between the pelvic bone and where my leg connects. I am 56.

I cannot left my leg at the joint without pain. I also have pain in my hip on the same side as this problem.  Heat gives me some relief, but the pain is getting worse.  I also have similar pain in my left elbow and left knee.  Could it my Fibromyalgia or the beginnings of arthritis?
