Hi there - My answer isnt what youre hoping for i would say but - ive had chrondomalacia in both knees for over 10 years now and it is now at the stage where nothing helps the pain at all. My physio said that some people have this condition for a few months and then it never recurs but i am unlucky that it is with me all the time. Hope youres clears sooner rather than later. Seona
