When I push on the top of my right foot I get horrible pain right infront of my toes and in my toes. It only occurs when I push in the middle of my foot.

I'm no doctor but there is a condition called Morton's Neuroma which occurs when swelling inside the foot impinges on the nerves causing pain. It usually happens in the middle toes. Women are more prone to get this because they tend to wear shoes that are hard on their feet. To find out more about it and check out some home remedies click on the below URL
