Q: I pulled my back out.

I pulled my back out . Just bending over to dress my Daughter. I went down on my knees and couldnt get up. That was yesterday now im a lil mobile now . Standing up I can bend left OK but I cannot even straighten up and bend right at all. What should I do next to fix this !

Whoa! Before you go spending a bunch of money at the ER, doctor's office, or chiropractor, try some First Aid for Low Back Pain. Go through the ABC's for treating acute low back pain and you pain be able to cure the problem yourself.

I would just suggest going to the ER...they will do a simple examination then will probably give you a Muscle Relaxant (being that it is most likely a pulled muscle), and if the DR isnt stingy...he will also give you a Pain Med to "mask" the pain until the Relaxant does its job.

Please see a medical doc or a chiropractor.  You need some relief.  I am not so sure if it will heal on its own.  If so, it may take alot of time.
