I couldn't find neurontin on there. http://bacteria.emedtv.com/azithromycin/azithromycin-drug-interactions.html It seems most likely that you're reacting to the azithromycin itself. Among the long list of side effects it can cause are dizziness, vertigo and somnolence (slow, loopy feeling). Hopefully you'll adjust to the medication soon. In any case the best thing to do is to call up your pharmacist or doctor and tell them what's going on. Good luck!
