Some of your symptoms are similar to those that occur with TMJ although numbness does not appear to commonly occur in the disorder. TMJ takes many forms and many different symptoms are associated with it. In fact TMJ has been called the 'the great imposter' - this can make diagnosis difficult.   http://www.healthcentral.com/chronic-pain/tmj-38544-5.html   What you really need to do is have your physician/dentist examine your bite and do tests (x-rays, etc.) to find out whats going on.
