Hey Sadie,

I too had dilaudid, first in my PCA pumps after two surgeries, and then given orally.  It actually did not help my pain management very well (the oral version).  I do vaguely recall headaches, but I also was recovering from a serious car accident.

We seem to have the opposite problem.  My physician won't prescribe anymore pain killer for me, telling me that physical therapy is the only way to get better.  I understand that, and have been aggressive doing exercises on my own, but I feel crippled by what I feel.  The entire left side of my body hit the drivers side door.  I basically broke everything on the left.

I just moved to Denmark to be with my husband, and the Danes do not believe in medications the way Americans do.

Where in the US do you live, and what type of physician do you see?

Wishing you the best,

Suzanne
