Hi, I've been have chronic stomach pain as long as I can remember. I'm 20 years old and have intense pain in my lower left abd near my hip bone. Sometimes I can barely walk. I've been wondering if it could be Celiac. I get chronic constipation and the pain comes and goes in wave. I also get mouth sores, have iron deficiency, nausea and fatigue. Could someone give advice?

I went through a year and a half of abdominal pain.  Was labeled as anxiety driven pain and drug seeking.  I was in the ER once a month and most of the time admitted.  I finally found a gyn that listened to me and did an exploratory lap.  He found a golf ball size tumor on my fallopian tube.  He removed it and I haven't had pain since.  Keep fighting for yourself until someone listens.  I know how hard and frustrating it is.  But, you are the only one that will be your advocate.  No matter what the MD's say.  Insist on more tests.  Keep a pain diary to show your MD.  Write down whenever you have pain, where it is, and how bad it is on a scale of 1-10.  Keep that for at least a month and then show your MD and tell him/her that you want some answers and that if they won't give them to you, you will go to a different MD who will.  Hang in there.  My thoughts will be with you.
