Question about how to answer questions at the end of a message

At the end there is a multiple reply.Was this helpful,yes,or report abuse.What if the message was not useful.YOu have nothing there to report that.And what does report abuse mean.I am reporting another doctor who did me wrong or am I using the 'report abuse' to the people who wrote back to me?.....Jo

You are correct – you can only reply if the message was helpful. I'm not sure why it is set up that way, but I will pass your message on to those who make that kind of decision.
The "report abuse" option is to be used if someone has posted a message that is excessively rude or contains personal attacks or inappropriate language. Those are not permitted and will be deleted.
