do i need to wear a medical id bracelet if i have ibs and a fish and shellfish allergy ?

i have a fish and shellfish allergy

and i also have ibs

do i need to have a medical id bracelet?

can someone please help me :)

Its recommended. If you were to accidentally eat shellfish and had a reaction the medical ID bracelet would alert emergency personnel about your condition. Since its possible to ingest shellfish without realizing it, for instance, through some bouillabase, its a good idea to have the bracelet available in case something of that sort happens.
