I have Rheumatoid and Osteo Arthritis also, Fibromyalgia. Need advice on pain meds & pump

At this time I am getting pretty tired of taking all this medication, I have had many Cortizones injections, all over my body.  I have tried 3 different times to stop taking my pain meds, to try some other pain med or another medication,  that was a pretty stupid thing to do, I could not get out of bed.    I am talking with my Pain Mgt Dr about the pain pump, but cannot seem to find anyone that has used it, or anyone who knows someone that has used it. 

If you could give me some info about any other meds or a site to go to about the pain meds pump I would be very grateful!

Buy the way, I am 61 years old and have been living with this for approximatly 7 years.  I have the #1 pain in my back, from my head to my lower back with my Titanium Rods (2). When I had my surgery my Dr said that I have Arthritis intertwined all thru my spine...neck, shoulders, arms, hands, knees and now my feet.  Please, again, if you can help me let me know.
