need advice please if your on adderall or ever had it prescribed what do they normally presribe of the 30 mg tablets . my guess would be 4 daily due to my size im 245lb and im 5:8  i was on ritalin 20 mg 4 times a day but it didnt seem to work for me i hope this adderall 30 mg will,,

Doctors prescribe medications based on the needs and medical condition of each individual patient, so we can't predict how many doses a day your doctor will recommend.  It is important to note, however, that there is both an immediate release and an extended release version of Adderall.  Generally the extended release version is only taken once a day.
