Pain relief for Tubular Aggregate Myopathy sufferers.

I am a 62 y/o male with diagnosed (via muscle biopsies) Tubular Aggregate Myopathy. For the past 2 tears, I have dealt with incessant, excruciating pain in my biceps, forearms, abdominal muscles, and lower legs.  I have been taking, on-and-off, Vicodin, Percocet, Tramadol, Lyrica, Duragesic...
