I'm having the same problems and so is my sister.  We have been to Neuro's, Rhemothologist, Arthritis and now Pain Specialist.  I even changed primary's because no one would help or even believed me.  I was on Lyrica for Fybromyligia and my Rhemotologist did not believe me.  The only thing that helps me is Gabapinten and pain meds. It's frustrating knowing that no one can help with chronic pain!  I joined this website to find out about all the nerve blocks I've had.  Unfortunately, I'm not doing anymore for a while they don't last.  Plus I'm a care taker and until my mother has somewhat leveled off, there is no need for me to have other treatments with my Pain Specialist who is great! So the question about Neuropathy pain is simple to trust your body and the meds your doctor prescribes.  I have a cabinet full of different meds, and trust me I've spent a bundle.  I've narrowed mine down to (2) and I'm just going to keep on going. I trust you will get some relief soon!
