what can you do when you have tried everything and nothing works?? You are told its degenetive bone

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, then degenetive disc disease, spinal stenosis, have tried large amounts of oxycontin, oxycodone, epidurals, i take cymbalta, shots, fentynal patches, neurontin, lyrica, and physical therapy, nothing seems to work, now they say........sorry, nothing we can do..the...
