Saturday, October 08, 2011 helplesshutch asks

Q: i have been having pain in my arms clear down to hands and fingers like several needles being shoved in all at once all the way down to my arms , @times its from the crease in my arms clear down

to my hands and my fingers, but its not all the time, i have on going back pain that does not usually go away with pain medicine,it eases the pain to where ican tolerate it more easliy,, i also have had a buring sensation i my left foot on the out side area, but the burning feel like its on the inside, almost like putting icy hot it, if any one has every experience that, they would know what that feels like. ihave also had chest pain, all of a sudden for no apparent reason, and doctor says i have fibromyalgia, but i do not think that what it is , i am on a some medications that is supposed to help with the chronic pain, its like ihave my off days, where i feel not to bad , the next i feel pretty good, and day after that i start hurting like crazy, its hard for me to sleep at night, i am at my wits end here, and need a second opinion, dr have done blood work to rule out different forms of arthritis, and all been negative, iam concerned or my health and would like to know whats really going on ,,, its almost scaares me to find out, but willing to except weather its a minor thing or something serious. , or that medications of some form would help relif the pain some so i can work, i was currently fired from my recent job cause my doctor had me off work for a week with doctors note, due to my chest pain ,that i have had 4 times now since the ER said it was muscle spasm caused from my back, NOW TELL ME THAT WOULDNT BRNG QUESTONS TO YOUR MIND OF WHAT REALLY GOING ON ? PLEASE HELP. TIRED OF BEING IN PAIN,

Hi I just read something about guillian barr symdrome.   It's not so easy to diagnose at first , but it begins with pain and a tingling sensation in feet, legs, arms. It's worth it to find out and rule it out. good luck and feel better quickly!
