My husband has a swollen testical and he said it hurts. It appears to have two areas that look like something was there and drained. It is swollen and seems to be very tender as well as hurts. He has no other symptoms any place else on his body.

In a word YES. My husband was diagnosed with shingles yesterday and he has it on his buttock and testicles.

I have lower back pain and some pain in my testicales. There is also a cyst like bump on my penis. I have had shingles before and this fells ALOT like that did.
