Sacroilitis is an inflammation of either just one or both of the joints that connect your lower spine to your pelvis. Treatment for Sacroilitis could include, Anti-Inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS), Corticosteroids, Anti rheumatic drugs, and physical therapy. Spondyloarthropathies are inflammatory joint diseases of the vertebral column. As far as the HLA B27 positive question.... you need to speak to your Doctor about that.
