It's hard to say. There could be a number of different possibilities. You really need to see a doctor about it. You might try keeping a log of what you ate and drank, activities and anything that caused unusual stress prior to the onset of the diarrhea and vomitting. You may begin to see a pattern that could be helpful to the doctor in determining a diagnosis.
