i am on percocet 10/325 and they are not working very well for me now, what is the next step up from that, that isn't like morphine or Oxycontin. really never want to get on either of those things at all, very worry that it might be to that point some day just don't wanna be there now..

I had a similiar situation not long ago, and my Pain Dr. gave me Roxicodone 15 mgs., which is 5 mgs. stronger than your Percocets, but without the tylenol or aspirin whichever is added. They work for me. hope I helped.
Oxycontin is the same as percocet only time release.
