Q: i have pains in my right wrist it goes to my elbow it gets cold and feels like needles in hand i cant even open a bottle of water or type long it hurts so bad
You really should see a doctor about this. Cold and pins and needles sensations indicate that you have some nerve issues going on. Lots of things, from medications to different illnesses, can cause that. You could have problems with your circulation, you could have hurt your arm, you could have immune problems etc. but this is definitely something you want your doctor to check out if it doesn't clear up.
