Q: "120hydrocodone/acetaminophen" 7.5-325 tab qual How many of these pills would be dangerous?

That's a rather dangerous question....You should take just as many as your doctor prescribes and no more. You have to be more careful with opioids like hydrocodone; because your body tends to adapt to them over time a dangerous dose for someone who just started the drug would be far lower than someone who's body has adapted to it over time. 

 

There's also the acetaminophen factor...The current maximum for acetaminophen use is 4,000 mgs a day but that's expected to be lowered because some people have had serious problems while taking lower doses.
