Q: I woke up with a charlie horse in my leg this morning the size of a baseball....What could this be?

I woke up with a charlie horse in my leg this morning the size of a baseball....What could this be?Tonight my neck muscles are sore and when i move my arm the muscle tightens in to a twisted position. I have been carring a WBC of 12.4 for four months now, and I am extremely tired, fatigued. Could this be related?

It could be a lack of minerals such as potassium, calcium, and magnesium. If you have digestive problems you may not be absorbing the minerals and nutrients you need and may have electrolyte imbalances.

Try taking a hot bath using mineral salts before you go to bed at night.

Many people with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia have candida and this can interfere with absorption of nutrients, cause pain and extreme fatigue.
